The International World Games Association (IWGA) is pleased to announce the extension of its partnership with Quantum Consultancy, a leading provider of event impact evaluation services and strategy development. Following the successful event impact evaluation in Birmingham, USA in 2022, Quantum Consultancy will now expand its services to evaluate the highly anticipated 12th edition of The World Games in Chengdu, People’s Republic of China in 2025. The long-term partnership, initially established in 2021, has been instrumental in delivering valuable insights and informing IWGA’s development of The World Games.
The IWGA has been utilising Quantum Consultancy’s expertise to assess the impact of its events and to refine its strategic approach to data utilisation. By leveraging Quantum’s services, the IWGA has gained invaluable insights into the effectiveness of its initiatives and a better understanding of satisfaction levels amongst its various stakeholders.
With this extension, Quantum will be responsible for evaluating the upcoming edition of The World Games in Chengdu across several areas, including economic, social and environemental impacts. Quantum will also provide project management for data reporting requirements across IWGAs supplier network and will deliver strategic recommendations to ensure the event's long-term success.

The World Games is a multi-sport event staged every four years by the International World Games Association, organised with the support of the International Olympic Committee. The World Games 2022 was held in Birmingham, Alabama, USA, 7-17 July 2022. 3,600 athletes from 34 sports and 100 countries took part in the Games. The 12th edition of The World Games will be held in Chengdu, CHN in 2025.
