Introduction

I'm a Professional Racquetball player who started playing since im 8 years old (21 years ago). Every day I try to give my best and be a better person. I truly believe that sports is the way kids can be educated and teach about values and life. The values of the sport is the most important thing I have learned from professional sports. Be true to your values and that will guide you the correct way every time.

I want to help all athletes from different sports to get equal opportunities and be able to enjoy the The World Games qualification process and the Games themselves. I always want to ensure that everything is done fairly for everyone. The spirit of fair competition should always remain intact in these types of competitions. I am also a The World Games athlete and know what these Games mean for athletes.

Q1 Why are you running as a candidate for the IWGA AC?

I want to help and promote the different sports competing in The World Games.

Q2 What experience do you have that you would bring to the IWGA AC?

I'm a professional athlete who has been part of the Olympic cycle for 15 years and have experience in multidisciplinary events.

Q3 Why should your fellow athletes vote for you?

I’m truly honest, and they can trust that I will always look for the best for everyone.

Q4 What is the biggest challenge you have faced as an athlete?

The transition of having success as a professional player. I used to have a lot of success in every competition when I was a junior, but having success at the professional level is just a different level of everything.

Q5 How did you become involved in sport?

My family got me into sports when I was six years old, and they’ve always supported me and pushed me to be my best.

Q6 How has sport had an impact on your life?

I’ve learned the values from being an athlete and apply them in every phase of my life. The lessons we gain from sport are some of the best in life—it reflects real life in many ways.

Q7 What would be your top three priorities if you were elected?

Help in key decisions. Always put the athletes first. Look for different options to get support for countries taking athletes to the Games.

Q10 Why is the athletes’ voice important to you?

We are all the same, and The World Games are for us. The athletes are by far the main reason for this event.
