I am seeking election as Additional Vice-President of the IWGA Executive Committee to contribute my regulatory expertise, Anti-Doping knowledge, and proven leadership in international sport. With a strong background in regulatory affairs, I have consistently provided governance advice that ensures transparency, accountability, and sound decision-making. This experience positions me to support the new board in strengthening its structures and upholding the highest standards of integrity. My involvement in Anti-Doping has equipped me with a deep understanding of clean sport principles and the importance of safeguarding athletes and federations from unfair practices. I am committed to advancing the IWGA’s values of fairness and credibility by embedding Anti-Dopingeducation and compliance into its governance framework. In addition, I have successfully organised and managed many World Championships, gaining first-hand experience in delivering complex, high-profile sporting events. This has required strategic planning, operational excellence, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders, all of which are skills I will bring to the Executive Committee. Through this combination of governance expertise, Anti-Doping leadership, and event management experience, I am confident in my ability to contribute meaningfully to the IWGA’s mission and to help guide its future development.

I am applying to contribute my experience in leading a multi-discipline international federation and supporting non-Olympic sports, ensuring they gain global exposure through The World Games. I aim to strengthen the collective voice of member federations, promote innovation in governance and event delivery, and help The World Games continue providing unique opportunities for athletes, host cities, and partners worldwide.
