Sports Administration
With extensive experience in sports administration and athlete development, Constance served as Chief Operating Officer of World Archery from 2024 to 2026, overseeing the organisation's operations and strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, she was a Board Member of the French Archery Federation from 2020 to 2024, contributing to the federation's governance and development. Her background also includes hands-on experience as an archery coach, mental performance coach, national events organizer and former National Judge, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the sport from both an operational and technical perspective.
