Anna Jacobson has led The World Games Communication department part-time since 2017. In 2015 and 2016 she was responsible for The World Games social media platforms.
Jacobson is responsible for overall communication activities, including social and digital media and press work. She is the main point of contact for the local organising committee, as well as for the international federations. Her first edition of The World Games on site was the 9th edition in Cali, Colombia in 2013, when she was responsible for communication work for the International Orienteering Federation. She is also a proven anti-doping expert.
Jacobson has worked in the international sports industry since 2008.
