We are The World Games

The World Games has launched a new interview series, #WeAreTheWorldGames, which presents The World Games athletes – and officials – in depth!

The interviews, ranging from 15 to 40 minutes, are made via a video call, and the athletes are interviewed by IWGA Video Manager Philipp Doering. The videos can be seen in their whole length on The World Games YouTube Channel, and short snippets are published on other social media platforms: Facebook,Instagram and Twitter.

The series began with two real-life interviews, with Myriame Djedidi (FRA, Muaythai) and Antonio Diaz (VEN, Karate). This spring, it continued with interviews with Rhaea Stinn (CAN, Powerlifting), Petra Senanszky (HUN, Finswimming), Patrick Thomas (GER, Fistball), Co Koren (NED, Former IWGA Secretary General) and Sofia Olofsson (SWE, Muaythai). In July, the series continues with Korfball…stay tuned!
