Nour El Tayeb & Ali Farag are Squash's formidable couple.
Nour el Tayeb was born and raised in Cairo and started playing at age five at the Heliopolis Club, where she continues to be based. She won the US Open and was runner-up at both the US and Hongkon Open, and reached a career-high world ranking of three in March, 2018.
Her husband Ali Amr Farag was also born in Cairo. He reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 2 in َApril 2018. He graduated from Harvard University in 2014, with a degree in mechanical engineeringand suffered only two defeats in his three years of college playing. As a member of Harvard's Varsity Squash Team, Farag won two individual national titles and helped lead Harvard to its first team title in 17 years in 2014.
